Hoflands Chicken Broccoli Casserole
This recipe is a definite favourite in our house! I learned how to cook this recipe at a young age from a friend. To this day it is the best, and easiest meal to create for my family! This recipe is a simplified version of the Campbells Chicken Casserole.

Preperation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients *To serve 4*

  • 1/2 pound broccoli, trimmed and cut into bit sized pieces
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can chicken broth
  • 4 cups cooked rice
Directions
  1. Trim the broccoli and chicken into bite sized pieces.
  2. In a pot, cook the rice.
  3. Mix the broccoli, chicken, and mushroom soup in a large bowl.
  4. In a glass casserole dish place the cooked rice into the bottom of the dish.
  5. Pour the chicken broth on top of the rice casserole.
  6. Top the rice with the broccoli, chicken, and mushroom soup mixture.
  7. Add cheese to the top of the casserole, if desired.
  8. Bake the casserole at 350*F for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
